This size coupling works with both the #3 and #6 size chain.
 
Typically used with retaining chain to attach ball chain to small items (i.e. machine caps) with a screw, bolt, or rivet, to provide a flush assembly with the item surface.  The standard hole diameter for the #6 AD coupling is .130”.  3/8” Long.  Gold
